Managing Attorney
Pamela Peynado is a nationally recognized, award-winning attorney and motivational speaker based in Atlanta, Georgia. Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and raised in New York, her journey as an immigrant fuels her passion for advocacy and justice. Pamela’s personal experience and deep commitment to serving others have driven her to excel in immigration law.
Pamela’s rise in the legal profession is a testament to her resilience and dedication. Her determination to succeed, paired with her deep empathy for those navigating complex legal battles, has defined her career.
As a fierce advocate in both personal injury and immigration law, Pamela has achieved tremendous success. She has secured millions of dollars in compensation for personal injury victims and has passionately represented countless individuals, families, and children facing deportation. Her work extends to high-profile clients, including Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, cities, banks, and churches. Despite her success, Pamela remains deeply committed to giving back, dedicating significant pro bono hours to those in need, including her own family members, having personally experienced the deportation of her stepfather and the year-long detention of her uncle at Stewart Detention Center.
Pamela’s leadership and contributions to the legal community have earned her widespread recognition. She is a frequent speaker at immigration law conferences and has been featured as a legal expert on CNN, ABC, NBC, Telemundo, Univision, and other major media outlets. Her exemplary work has garnered numerous accolades, including being named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, “Best Lawyer in America,” and recipient of the prestigious “One to Watch Award.” She has also been honored by Georgia Trend, the Atlanta Business Chronicle, and Latino Leaders Magazine as one of the “Most Powerful Women in Law.” Pamela’s efforts in serving the immigrant community were celebrated in CNN’s documentary The Defenders.
